STEP ONE: Complete every order you possibly can in XOE.

Using XOE is the best way to ensure you get credit for your sales. You should be completing 99% of your orders in XOE!

STEP TWO: Stay on the phone with Order Entry Support while you Recon your order.

We understand that every once in a while, you do need to call in an order. To make sure you are credited for the sale, please STAY ON THE PHONE while you submit the Account Number and Work Order Number for order reconciliation in XOE. This way, if there is an error with one of the numbers, you can correct it right then and there.
