Broadband Facts Labels: What You Need to Know
Xfinity sales representatives are now required to inform customers about the availability of Broadband and Mobile Facts labels when assisting the customer with enrollment. The labels give customers access to clear, easy-to-understand, and accurate information on product price, performance, and features, allowing them to compare plans and make informed decisions.

Within your sales process, be sure to let the customer know that the facts labels exist. You can use them to discuss why you are recommending Internet Essentials + or another plan for them. If you are using XOE, you may see a pop-up during order entry. If this pop-up appears, you will need to confirm that you reviewed the information with the customer before proceeding.
