COP Portal Updates
Our operations team has been hard at work to enhance our reporting and data flow to better support you! We’re excited to announce that sales data from the Xfinity Events program will now update four times per day in the COP Portal, at:
1pm, 4pm, 7pm, and 10pm CST
Please access and utilize this data at your convenience to:
View order status of Active, Pending or Cancelled
Monitor which markets your sales are coming in from
Review your sales performance
Identify opportunities to improve XOE utilization and decrease call center usage
